We are looking forward to returning to the Waldorf/Signia! To give you a couple of options, we have a larger room block at the Waldorf and a smaller room block at the Signia, which is connected to the Waldorf by a short walk and is the conference side of the property (closest to the water park and lazy river!). Mustang will provide buses for parents and athletes to and from the competition venue.
Itinerary:
Wednesday, May 6th: Last Practice Day in Dallas
Thursday and Friday, May 7th - 8th: Travel Days (Must arrive in Orlando by Friday Night but no Mandatory Events)
Saturday: Semi-Final Round
Sunday: Finals (Must Qualify from Semi-Finals)
Suggested Booking: Thursday or Friday through Monday

Rounds & Advancements
Prelims: Teams who receive a Wildcard bid will compete in Prelims. The top 5 scoring teams in each division will automatically advance to the Finals. In divisions with less than 5 teams, all will advance to Finals.
Semi-Finals (Chargers and Stallions): Teams who receive an At-Large, Partial-Paid or Paid Bid will compete in Semi-Finals. The number of teams advancing to Finals from Semi-Finals will be based on 50% of the division competing on the day of competition but will be no fewer than 5 teams and no more than 10 teams.
Finals: Teams who advance from Prelims and Semi-Finals will compete in the Finals. Regardless of placement, ties will not be broken at The D2 Summit, nor will ties impact the number of teams advancing in each round of competition.
Exception: if there is a tie for the final team advancing, both teams will advance.
For divisions with 31-40 teams, 2 additional teams will advance. For 41-50 teams, 4 additional teams advance, for 51-60 teams, 6 teams will advance. For 61-70, 8 teams will advance. Advancements will be dependent on teams competing on the day of competition.

Single-Day Spectator Competition Tickets: ESPN Wide World of Sports single-day competition tickets will be available for purchase online two weeks before competition. Competition tickets will be sold ONLINE ONLY for $45/day. After purchase, you will receive an email from ESPN Wide World of Sports with your tickets attached.
Varsity “highly suggests” you purchase ESPN tickets prior to arriving in Orlando. If you have any trouble with your ESPN tickets, please email disneysportstickets@disneysports.com Their office is open Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern with “limited availability.”
Athlete Park Hopper Info
ATHLETE PARK HOPPER PASSES WILL BE EMAILED TO YOU IN APRIL FROM ALLSTAR@MUSTANGCHEER.COM
All-day park hopping access has returned, allowing any guest with a valid park hopper ticket to freely visit any of its four theme parks at any time during normal operation hours. Guests must still have a theme park reservation for the first park they want to visit. Once they visit that park, they can hop, anytime during the day to another park without a park reservation.
