Dallas Summer Class Program

Summer Classes kick off May 26, and we’re so excited for another FUN summer at Mustang Cheer!

This summer, we’re making scheduling easier than ever with our flexible Punch Pass + Drop-In format! Families can create a schedule that works best for them by attending weekly, multiple times per week, or simply dropping in whenever it fits their summer plans.

Our summer program offers classes for athletes of all ages and skill levels, giving everyone the opportunity to continue building strength, confidence, and new skills all summer long!

Classes available throughout the summer include:

  • Pre-K

  • Beginner Tumbling

  • Level 1–4+

  • Flyer & Stretch

  • Jump & Stretch

Summer is for SKILLS, SPIRIT, and STRAIGHT-UP FUN at Mustang Cheer!
Our weekly Summer Cheer Camps give athletes an action-packed week of concentrated training in all the core elements of cheer, stunts, tumbling, jumps, dance, motion technique, and crowd performance, all led by our elite Mustang coaching staff and superstar high school cheerleaders.

Each day, athletes build confidence and master new skills in a high-energy, encouraging environment that’s equal parts training + teamwork + pure Mustang fun

And the best part? Mustang’s biggest fans, our families, get a front-row seat to all that hard work at our Friday Pep Rally, where campers perform everything they’ve learned with big spirit, big smiles, and big Mustang performance!

Athletes are grouped by age for more targeted training:

  • Mustang Minis (Ages 4+)

  • Stang Spirit Group (Ages 7+)

Whether it’s your athlete’s first cheer camp or they are cheer veterans, our summer camps are the perfect way to build skills and confidence.

Stang Gang—START STRETCHING! Stang Sports Camp is a fast-paced, high-energy summer camp built for athletes who love to train, compete, and PLAY. Big goals for our athletes: everyone leaves stronger, faster, and more confident.

This camp is all about building strong, well-rounded athletes through nonstop action including games, obstacle courses, skill stations, and team challenges, designed to get athletes sports-ready and next-level prepared.

Athletes rotate through stations that develop:

  • Agility, speed, and coordination

  • Balance, body control, and athletic awareness

  • Strength through movement-based games (no boring drills here!)

  • Teamwork, confidence, and sportsmanship

Our Mustang coaches group athletes by age and ability to create a safe, positive, high-energy environment where every athlete is challenged and encouraged. Whether your athlete is brand new to sports or already plays them all, Stang Sports Camp delivers the perfect blend of training, teamwork, and pure summer fun.

Add-On for Full-Day! Open Cheer and Dance Noon - 2:00

Right after camp ends, the Open Gym fun BEGINS! This Summer the Gym. Is. OPEN! Join our superstar coaches for an unforgettable time at Open Cheer and Dance immediately following Summer Camp, Mondays through Thursdays from noon to 2:00! This athlete-led workout is supervised by our elite coaching staff and offers a fantastic opportunity for kids to practice and perfect their skills-from tumbling and jumping to stunting. We also compete in skills contests, play games, and tackle crazy obstacle courses! Register for the full week or drop in!

  • Cheer Camps and ‘Stang Sports Camps run from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Register for our Summer Open Gym from 12:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. for a full-day option!

  • Add on our Summer Open Gym Monday through Thursday from 12:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m.!

  • Hey Fans! Every Friday at 11:30, we invite you to cheer on your athletes at a Mustang Pep Rally!
    Join us for a high-energy showcase where Cheer Camp athletes perform cheers, chants, and a routine that will get you on your feet! Then, Mustang Train puts on an obstacle-course style performance demonstrating athletic power, speed, and coordination. We can’t wait to show you all we have learned!

    • For Cheer Camp, feel free to send your athlete dressed for the theme of the week!

    • T-shirt and shorts/skort

    • Tennis shoes or cheer shoes
      (We’ll provide a camp shirt on Thursday for Friday performance!)

    • Water bottle

    • Lunch for Full-Day Athletes Only: if your athlete is also registered for Open Gym or a clinic, send your athlete with a lunch!

    • No Snack Needed: Athletes will receive a nut-free, individually packaged snack each day. Please feel free to send your own!

  • Drop-Off: 8:50 a.m. at the earliest! You can drop your athlete off out front with coaches or park and come in.

    Pick-Up: 11:55 a.m. at the earliest! You can pull through the carpool line or park and come in!
