ATHLETE DROP-OFF INFORMATION
1:00 p.m. - Athlete Drop-Off
3:00 p.m. - Doors Open at Spectator Entrance
4:00 p.m. - Show begins
6:30 p.m. - Show estimated end time
ATHLETE ARRIVAL
Arrive Competition-Ready! Upon arrival, athletes will be greeted by Mustang Coaches at the Bomb Factory entrance and will perform in a dress rehearsal.
Please feed your athlete lunch before drop off
Parents will not be permitted in the venue until 3:00 p.m. when doors open
**PLEASE NO BACKPACKS - we do not have adequate storage backstage. That said, we will have water and snacks for athletes!

Entrance is located on the East side of the Bomb Factory on Canton Street.
POST-PERFORMANCE AND POST-SHOW
ATHLETE PICK-UP INSTRUCTIONS
Tiny and Mini Teams:
Post-Performance Athlete Pick-Up - Left Side of Stage
Parents of athletes from Tiny and Mini teams, (CAVALIERS, COLTS, COWGIRLS, PONIES, PRANCERS, RANGERS, TROTTERS) will be pick up from the LEFT side of the stage immediately following their performance.
Youth, Junior, Senior Teams:
Post-Event Athlete Pick-Up - Front of Stage
Athletes from Youth, Junior, and Senior teams, (24 Karat, BRONCOS, CHARGERS, FILLIES, GOLDEN GIRLS, LADY LASSO, MAVERICKS, PACERS, RENEGADES, ROPERS, SHERIFFS, SILVERADOS, SPURS, STALLIONS, TRAILBLAZERS, TRIPLE CROWN, WRANGLERS) will sit in the athlete-viewing area at the front of the stage with over-flow on the left side of the stage after their performance.
At the end of the show, parents will pick up athletes at the front of the stage. Teams alphabetically including 24Karat/Broncos through Pacers will be on the left side of the stage and Renegades through Wranglers will be on the right side of the stage. Be on the lookout for coaches holding team signs!

VENUE PARKING
Valet Parking: Valet Parking is Available Onsite at the Bomb Factory starting at 3:00 p.m.
